Day 7

This past week was really hard. Making changes in life are always difficult, however with the added pain it was even harder.

With that being said, I am more determined than ever to complete this challenge and do it to the best of my ability.

Since it has only been  7 days since I began I was not expecting to see very much change, however I did see and feel some changes.

The first change I noticed is that even though the workout has been painful on my knees it has helped them as well. I am moving better than I was a week ago. I can walk without pain most of the time, even climbing stairs is easier and not as painful as it was.

The second thing I noticed is the puffiness in my face has gone down.

I knew I had problems with swelling I could always feel it when it was bad, however I had no idea I was swollen that day. It just goes to show that you get used to things even when they are bad so you just don’t know that it’s bad because it’s normal for you.

You can also see it around my eyes. In the next picture look above my eye.

I have left the pictures large so you can see clearly the differences.

The skin on my face and neck feels softer and smoother. The area around my eyes and my neck feels tighter

I have a long ways to go and am expecting many more changes to come.

Even though progress is slow I am happy to see that there is a change and can’t wait to see what the next 173 days have in store for me.

Thank you so much for following along on my challenge, have a blessed day!
