I have to say that the second week was way harder than the first week. It felt like nothing was going right, with the exception of the workout and even that struggled towards the end of the week. Consistency is key in this challenge and I feel like I am not being consistent, this has been a struggle for me for as long as I can remember. I will be working harder on consistency in all areas.
One of the positives of the week is that I walked all day on Wednesday while we were at Epcot and I didn’t limp at all. Both knees and my foot which all tend to hurt after a short period of time did not bother me until the end of the day. Probably about the last 2 hours out of the 9 hours we were there I became aware of pain and had to focus on walking correctly and had a hard time getting up from a sitting position. I was very happy with this day and how I walk and the level of pain.
The next day I paid for it though. LOL. I was so sore and tired it was hard to even function.
I started a new supplement this week and I do like how it makes me feel. Over time I think it will make a big over all difference.
I also found a site that tests your brain, I will be doing those test and posting their results on here as soon as I have it done. Then I will redo them at least once a month to show if there is any change in cognitive function.
When I look at the pictures some of the things I notice are that the area around my eyes continues to improve and my skin tone is more even on my face. Nothing drastic but change is happening, it’s slow but it’s still there.
I am working on being more consistent with the pictures, lighting has been an issue but I think I may have figured it out. Hopefully they will be better from here on out.
Thank you so much for following along, God bless!!
