Red Wine

I know this may seem crazy, but red wine actually does help your body fight the aging process.

Pretty crazy right? Well let me explain.

I am going to have to put my nerd glasses on, so bear with me for a few minutes.  🤓

One of the things that make red wine a super food is resveratrol. Resveratrol is a phytonutrient that regenerates the body all the way at the cellular level. Resveratrol is know as one of the most potent polyphenols and strongest protectors against symptoms associated with aging.

Resveratrol is also unique in that its antioxidants can cross the blood-brain barrier to protect the brain  and the nervous system unlike other antioxidants. This means it can help protect against debilitating brain diseases like dementia and Alzheimer’s.

 This is amazing!!

Ok so in case you didn’t get how fabulous this is let me repeat

regenerates the body all the way at the cellular level

Wow! That’s amazing stuff.

Great let’s drink the whole bottle so we can hurry up the benefits!😳🧐😬

NO!!! No No No!!

Here is the catch to the whole thing. Women only need a glass a day and men only need 2 glasses a day for this to be effective.

Drinking more than that will actually speed the aging process.

So having a glass of red wine at the end of the day not only relaxes you (which is another anti-aging benefit), but it helps fight the aging process in a big way.

Thank you so much for reading! God bless and have a fabulous day!!
