The second face yoga pose I want to share with you is the Baby Bird pose.
This pose will help keep your neck and chin from sagging and will prevent double chins.
Here is how you do it.
- Turn your head to the right.
- Tip your chin up towards the ceiling.
- Press your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
- Then swallow.
- Repeat for center and left.
- Do at least 3 repetitions.
Remember consistency is the key. To see results you must do this often and over a period of time.
