Face yoga is fairly controversial, but if you understand what the purpose is it can be very effective.
Like all the other natural tips you can do, face yoga is not a miracle cure or an instant fix. It is a way to relax, tighten and tone your face, which will help erase the wrinkles.
The first pose I want to share is the Surprised face pose. It’s very simple.
- Open your eyes as wide as you can like you do when you are surprised (hence the name ha ha), showing as much of the whites of your eyes as you can.
- Do this without raising your forehead.
- Focus on something in front of you.
- Hold for 10 seconds.
- Do this 4 or 5 times
By working the muscles around your eyes and forehead, you will smooth the wrinkles out on your forehead.
Now stop scowling so you don’t cause more wrinkles and lines. LOL
